Say Goodbye to Credit Card & Convenience Fees
This year, Holland BPW completed a highly anticipated project—eliminating credit card and processing fees for our customers. Previously customers paid a percentage fee to use credit or debit cards to pay their utility bills.
As a local, community-owned utility, we are accountable to our customers in many ways. One of the metrics we hold ourselves to is an annual customer satisfaction survey. Through that survey, we learned that eliminating card payment fees was a high priority for our customers. We are glad to provide this improvement and act on that feedback from our customer surveys.
Expanded Payment Options
“We’re excited to offer this for our customers,” says Senior Manager Amy Yost. “Expanding our payment options and offering those payment options without additional fees is a great help to many of our customers. We’re glad to provide that convenience.”
To accomplish this, Holland BPW switched payment providers in order to increase customer payment capabilities while still offering all of the current bill payment options.
Customers can now pay their bills in their preferred manner without incurring additional costs, including:
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Credit & Debit Cards
